The Best Penny Stock Blog

Are you looking for good penny stocks?

How would you define good penny stocks? Cheap stocks that you can make money on, right!

Many people are lured into the shady world of penny stocks by promises of big profits with little risk. What people don’t realize is that Penny Stock are cheap for a reason. Theses companies are just starting out and are very risky investments. Sometimes these penny stocks are just ponzi schemes and there is no real company.

The dark side of finding good penny stocks

In addition, unsavory stock profiteers can buy a particular penny stock and proceed to send out thousands of mailers, hit the internet forums with rosy predictions and shoot off millions of emails to hype the company they just bought.

Regardless if the company they are hyping is legit or not, penny stocks are easily manipulated and are susceptible to this kind of hype. Of course the hypesters sell out just when you get in and make a killing while you are left holding the bag.

So are there any good penny stocks?

But the question remains, can you make money with good penny stocks? Most definitely! Where do you think Microsoft started? As a penny stock. The same thing goes for almost any successful startup company in existence today.

But how many of all the cheap stocks out there actually become good penny stocks and produce huge gains? I don’t know the exact numbers but the chances probably aren’t much better than winning the lottery.

This is how many people play the penny stock market, like a lottery. What if there was a way to consistently find good penny stocks?

Changing the definition of good penny stocks

Before I get into a good way to find good penny stocks, let me give you a little background on how to be successful in the penny stock market. We have established that most penny stocks will fail or crash as victims of stock promotion hype.

So what if there was a way to put the odds on our side and profit when a stock goes down? There is, it is called short selling! It is perfectly legal and allowed on all US stock exchanges and many foreign exchanges. As a quick note, most people don’t know that you can do this. Just by reading this, you know more than most of the people in the world!

You can read about all the boring details online but simply put, you take the opposite side of a buy position and you make money when a stock goes down.

Given this information, our definition of good penny stocks is still cheap stocks that make us money but we can now refine our definition to a stock that has a high probability of going DOWN. And given our knowledge of why penny stocks are cheap, isn’t there a higher probability of most penny stocks going down?!

How do we find these good penny stocks?

The next question becomes, what do we look for in good penny stocks that we can short sale? There are several major factors that I cannot go into here because of space constraints but I will give you a big one that is easy to spot.

If you look at a penny stock chart and you see a large and fast runup in price, that is a pretty good clue that a stock is being hyped. This is especially true if there is no significant news from that company.

Of course this must be taken into account along with the other factors but is a quick and easy way to spot opportunities.

Free Stock Pick and Market Commentary Publishing Tools Now Available At Small Cap Network

San Diego, CA (Vocus) May 27, 2010

The SmallCapNetwork.com trading community has officially launched its web-publishing tools for all investors who wish to share their insights and stock picks in a community setting. User portfolios and commentary will be publicly posted at the site as part of the collective wisdom – and stock-picking assistance – of the community’s participants.

The timing of the publishing tools’ launch coincidentally came right as a comparable stock discussion board and stock portfolio management site announced it would be shutting down as of June 7th, 2010. Former and current users of such services are invited to join the SCN community, where they can also build a hypothetical portfolio, post and read investing ideas, and discuss stocks with other traders,

An overview of the publishing tools is available by going to:

http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Introducing-the-SmallCap-Network-Financial-Content-Publishing-Tools/s/blog/view/p/mid/2/id/3/

The SmallCap Network publishing platform offers a totally customizable experience. Users who want to contribute to the commentary pool can do so by posting blog entries, articles, and complete research on a stock, sector, or market. All relevant content will appear on any associated stocks’ ticker (info) page. including any recent purchases of that stock within member’s paper-trading portfolios.

Community participants who don’t wish to create content or manage a portfolio, but still want to follow the picks or comments from another community member, can easily do so – all users have their very own custom-built RSS feed for each of the content categories (picks, blog, research, articles, files). Followers can track the commentaries they wish to read, and can even select which types of content they follow from their favorite investors.

The community is expected to become a significant resource of information and ideas regarding small cap stocks, which is presently an underserved and under-followed segment of the market’s opportunities.

A more detailed description of the free financial publishing tools, along with screenshots, can be accessed by visiting: http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Introducing-the-SmallCap-Network-Financial-Content-Publishing-Tools/s/blog/view/p/mid/2/id/3/

Small Cap Network Unveils Free Financial Content Publishing Platform

San Diego, CA (Vocus) May 26, 2010

The small cap stock trading community at SmallCapNetwork.com is pleased to announce the launch of its new financial content publishing tool. Registered users can publicly share their own research, articles, blog posts, charts, and stock picks through the website. Registered users can also customize the content they receive from other contributors in the community.

An overview and explanation of the publishing tools is available here:

http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Introducing-the-SmallCap-Network-Financial-Content-Publishing-Tools/s/blog/view/p/mid/2/id/3/

The one-of-a-kind publishing platform is unique in three significant ways.

First, it gives a voice to creators of all legitimate content and commentary, by posting – and aggregating – this user-generated content on every company’s main ticker page, whether it’s a blog entry, related article, or a complete research report.

Second, it integrates users’ stock picks and portfolios into each ticker’s main page, so the community can determine what the average opinion and trading stances are for a certain stock.

Above all else though, the third unique aspect of the publishing tool is simply that the focus on small cap stocks – rather than large cap stocks – allows investors to find research, opinions, and ideas for a certain company that they may never have found otherwise. While large cap discussions and research will still be available on the site, it is anticipated that the community research aspect of the Small Cap Network will become a primary resource for small cap and penny stock enthusiasts.

A deeper explanation of the free financial publishing tool, along with screenshots, is available by going to: http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Introducing-the-SmallCap-Network-Financial-Content-Publishing-Tools/s/blog/view/p/mid/2/id/3/

Q&A: Please Read the start of my Fantasy/Romance Book?

Thursday, June 9th, 2011

Question by Mysterious Molly: Please Read the start of my Fantasy/Romance Book?
The main character is writting her experience down through her online blog. The book is called ‘Blood and Velvet’ but I might change it to ‘Resistance’ or ‘The wake’ etc. Please comment on what you think :)

Blood and Velvet
OMG I am so pissed right now!
As you know I have been keeping this blog for like EVER and then I find out that the website decides to go down taking all my previous blog posts with it. I have been posting my whole life on here for years, like a diary, and now it’s all vanished into cyberspace air. Grrrrrrrrr!!!
Okay, deep breath, Sunny. There’s nothing you can do about it except send threatening hate e-mail to blogfast.com. And end up being banned all together, better just deal with the fact that my past three years of blogs has just been deleted.
Major grrr, if you ask me.
Anyway last night I went to ‘Blood and Velvet’, and yes, that’s a gothic bar. My best friend in the world, Charlotte, black mailed me in going with her, despite all my complaining. She practically threatened to post my year seven photograph which is enough to send anyone running for days. In the photo I have spots and braces not to mention my hair; tied back into a ponytail with a full fringe that has a gap in the middle, (Worst photo in the world). I no longer look like that, thank god. I have blonde wavy hair and pale skin with a few freckles over my nose, and my eyes are light green mixed with brown. I’m no longer wearing braces and my spots have completely gone. My hair is still wavy but I’ve learnt to deal with it.
Charlotte agreed to pick me up at my house at 7pm giving me time to find an almost gothic outfit to wear. I searched through my wardrobe finding only two items of clothing that is black; a dress and a tank top. I decide to go with the tank top, as Charlotte had told me to keep it simple, I accessorized it with a skirt just above my knees and some stilettos. I threw on some jewelry and brushed my hair vigorously before leaving the house. I didn’t look gothic but at least I wouldn’t standout like a shiny penny.
When Charlotte picked me up in her silver ford (not the most flashiest of cars), I hardly recognized her wearing a black miniskirt with a wonder woman top and a white mask of makeup and eyeliner on. She ran up and hugged me, she owes me big time).
“Wow, I’ve never seen you in so much black” she cries.
“Tell me about it, this club better be worth the effort” I replied and held up my fingers on the ‘effort’ using sarcasm. Then we entered the car and drove off.
When we arrived at Blood and Velvet it was surprisingly crowded and almost everyone was plastered in gothic makeup and black stockings. Rachel went to get a drink and I walked onto the dance floor. I allowed myself to be completely taken over by the music, might as well make the most of it, because I know for a fact that I won’t be coming here again. Rachel joined me with our drinks and hours passed by.
I walked outside to get some fresh air as the smoke machines inside was making the air almost unbreathable. I found a ‘comfortable’ looking bench, A.K.A one without chewing gum plastered all over it, and to my amazement, I was actually enjoying myself at the gothic bar.
“Good evening.”
I look up and my gaze falls on the most gorgeous pair of eyes I’ve ever seen in my sixteen years on the planet. They are literally the colour of sapphires. I mean, I’ve seen plenty of blue eyes in my day, but nothing like these. Better yet, the eyes are attached to a face equally amazing. I quickly take stock: smooth skin, high cheekbones, sooty black eyelashes, short blonde hair. He looks like a blue-eyed Orlando Bloom. Best of all, unlike the other Gothed-out club kids; he isn’t wearing a stitch of black. Just a simple tight white T-shirt and a pair of low-rise jeans. No eyeliner either, thank goodness. I scan the area, sure that “Orlando” must be speaking to someone other than me. Some supermodel to my right, perhaps. But I see no one in the general vicinity.
“Hey,” I reply, regretting it instantly; my voice sounds so squeaky that anyone could mix me up with Minnie mouse. Instead of replying, the guy reaches out and presses his palm against my cheek. His skin is cool, but his touch scorches my skin. His eyes study my face, then roam my body and I suddenly feel naked under his glare. I give an involuntary shiver and I can feel goose bumps popping up all over my arms. Wow. I can’t remember the last time a guy gave me actual goose bumps! Maybe never. I know I should be questioning why this random guy has approached me in a nightclub and evidently feels it’s no big deal to reach out and touch me so intimately, but I can’t find the words to voice any objections.

“Can I…” He asks whilst gesturing to the empty space besides me on the bench. I nod sheepishly. He-
Ah, mum’s screaming at me to go to sleep since it’s already 2am and i have school but I’ll post the rest in the morning. Night.

OMG Sunny, how could you leave us hanging like that? Who is this mysterious guy? And did you happen to ‘accidently’ get a photo of him? I’ve been reading your blogs for a few months and you still manage to surprise me; Sunny McDonald in Black!!!
P.S. It sucks that Blogfast ate your enteries, you should, like, totally sue or something.

DarkD4M14N says…
The guy sounds like a total Dork showing up at a gothic bar wearing that!

I bet you looked hot in black, maybe you should consider becoming Gothic, then we could be gothic lovers together, Lmao.

It starts out fairly well, but you need to work on grammar, punctuation, things like that. You can’t have sentences running on like that, it gets confusing. I was a bit confused at first, I thought you were telling the world about your blog and your best friend and then I was like, “Oh, this is her book…” =) Good job so far, just work on the punctuation and such. =)
