Scott Trade or Ameritrade will charge the same for any trade. Penny Stocks by definition generally go to a $2.00 value. Before you get into penny trading, you have to have a strategy for buying. You just don’t buy and hope. What % return are you looking for? Know that when you buy, also know your entry and exit price before buying. Always look at volume when you buy stocks. Moreso when you are buying penny stocks.

To get a good correct response, why not just go to the source. Check out the website, and if you don’t get the response you like or want, just call their customer service department and they will be glad to provide you with what you want.
Trading and clearing pennys stocks are expensive for brokerage firms so don’t expect to be able to do it for next to nothing. The cheaper the stock, the higher the percentage you pay in commissions.
Also, penny stocks and penny stock customers are not very popular with brokerage firms. Most firms will do, or not do to discourage such transactions and if they loose penny stock customers they don’t really care.
